Shipping Policy
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $500 AUD. For orders below this threshold, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
As each scarf is custom-made and delicately finished by hand, please allow 4 to 6 business days for order processing before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery times (excluding processing):
Australia: 2–4 business days
New Zealand: 5–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Returns Policy
Because our scarves are made in limited quantities and crafted with care, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Original, unused condition, with all tags attached.
- Original packaging to ensure safe handling.
Final sale is not eligible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, damage, or scent, or if the item does not meet the return conditions listed above.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@zetadeux.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care team will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
